Eligibility for Refunds

Conditions: Refunds are applicable only for:
- Damaged or defective items upon delivery.
- Incorrect products delivered.
- Items returned in unused condition with original tags intact.

Timeframe: You must initiate the refund request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund Process
- Once your return is approved:
- We will notify you via WhatsApp or email.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Important Notes
- No refunds will be issued for items purchased during final sale or clearance offers unless damaged.

Return shipping costs:
- If the error is ours (damaged/incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- COD handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
