Eligibility for Refunds

1. Conditions: Refunds are applicable only for:

   • Damaged or defective items upon delivery.
   • Incorrect products delivered.
   • Items returned in unused condition with original tags intact.

2. Timeframe: You must initiate the refund request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund Process

• Once your return is approved:
  • We will notify you via WhatsApp or email.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Important Notes

1. No refunds will be issued for items purchased during final sale or clearance offers unless damaged.
2. Return shipping costs:
   • If the error is ours (damaged/incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
   • Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
3. COD handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
